Radium Engineering Fuel Pump Hanger – Toyota Supra MK4 (JZA80)

The Radium Engineering fuel pump hanger is a high-performance solution for upgrading fuel delivery in the MK4 Supra. Designed to fit the factory fuel tank without permanent modifications, it supports up to three fuel pumps and integrates seamlessly with OEM or aftermarket fuel systems. This drop-in unit features a billet aluminum construction with integrated venturi jet pump and anti-starvation design, ensuring consistent fuel supply during aggressive driving.

A single 10AN outlet and 8AN return with low-profile ORB fittings simplify -AN plumbing. The system merges multiple pump outlets into a single collector and includes fittings for OEM return and vent lines. The built-in siphon jet pump eliminates flow restriction on the return line while maintaining effective fuel scavenging.

Electrical
High-current stainless steel anti-rotation studs handle the power demands of high-flow pumps. Wiring is ETFE-insulated for chemical resistance and durability. The hanger includes all required electrical hardware for pump(s), OEM level sender, and temperature sensor. Reusing OEM wiring is possible for single pump setups, though upgrades are recommended.

Fuel Starvation Protection
A redesigned siphon system and sub-tank keep the pump(s) consistently supplied, even in hard cornering or low fuel conditions. The integrated check valve ensures fuel pressure holds after engine shutoff.
